Position: Customer Care Centre Officer
Salary: SAW2 $36.36 per hour
Role Purpose: Deliver world-class customer service to our client's customers through accurate, timely information and first contact resolution across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety First: Ensure personal and others' safety by adhering to WHS procedures and reporting hazards or incidents.
- Customer Service: Provide accurate and high-quality information, achieving first contact resolution and promoting our client's initiatives.
- Performance: Meet KPIs by adhering to roster, quality assessments, and average handle time, while embodying our client's values.
- Team Collaboration: Build effective relationships, engage in performance discussions, and be open to coaching and feedback.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and support opportunities for efficiency and service improvements.
- Essential: Strong customer service focus, effective communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and accurate data entry.
- Desirable: Problem-solving skills, advanced computer skills, and strong negotiation and comprehension abilities.
- Flexible hours and some after-hours work required.
- Initial and ongoing medical clearances and immunisations may be needed.
- Clearance checks including criminal, traffic, and Working with Children/Vulnerable People as applicable.
- Participation in a roster spanning from 6am to 6pm.
