Job Title: Development Services Officer X 3
Location: Adelaide CBD
Pay Rate: $40 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)
Duration: to start ASAO - 3 months, possible extension for the right candidate
Purpose: Serve as the primary liaison for customers, facilitating solutions and processing land developments and connection applications within the company's guidelines, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritise safety in all tasks, adhering to WHS procedures
- Evaluate and determine applications in accordance with legislation and guidelines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide high-quality customer service, offering professional advice and assistance throughout the application process.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer outcomes and experiences.
- Act as a single point of contact for customers to provide solutions and process land developments and connections applications within the companies guidelines and set timeframes to ensure a great customer experience.
- Qualifications in Customer Service, Business Administration, or related field (Desirable)
- Experience in IBM Maximo applications (Desirable)
- Demonstrated customer service experience with excellent communication skills (Essential)
- Knowledge of Development Act, Community Title legislation, and water/sewerage design and construction principles (Desirable)
- Understanding of Waterworks and Sewerage Act legislation and corporate policies related to land developments (Desirable)
- Attention to detail and accuracy (Essential)
