A revolutionary AI focused security organisation is seeking a DevOps Engineer in Sydney. This is an opportunity to working on bleeding edge software and hardware from the ground up. The role is Hybrid/Flexible the salary is $140-170k + Super + Shares dependant on experience. The position will report to the Software Team Lead.
This role will be a key position within their security team whose primary responsibilities include the implementation of DevOps integrity within the development teams.
Responsibilities, Duties and Expectations
- Work in partnership with the engineers, developers and designers as required
- Assist with the detection and remediation of any security incidents
- Implement automated security audits, code analysis and vulnerability scanning into our CI/CD pipelines
- Have a broad understanding of new and emerging technologies and associated vulnerabilities to help mitigate against them
- Implement and review security practices used within the organisation
- Provide training and guidance on standards and practises to the wider teams
- Containers, DevSecOps, Cloud, Python, Linux and any low latency engineering like C++ would be beneficial.
