Hours: This part-time position offers 0.4FTE, with potential to increase to 0.8FTE for those pursuing senior roles. Hours fall within 7am-3pm, Monday - Friday.
Location: Primarily based at Hutt Street Centre. Home visits may be required as well as visits to other Sonder sites when required.

About the Role:
Sonder and Hutt Street Centre are collaborating to deliver a unique mental health and allied health service for people experiencing homelessness.
As a valuable member of our specialist multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the mental and physical well-being of individuals experiencing homelessness.
For candidates with senior experience, there is an opportunity to step into a senior position within the team.
Experience Requirements:
- Experience working and engaging with a range of clients with complex needs.
- Experience in an allied health and/or primary care setting working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment.
Qualification and Other Requirements:
Diabetes educator credentialling with the Australian Diabetes Educator Association (ADEA).
- A tertiary qualification in nursing dietetics, midwifery, pharmacy, podiatry, exercise physiology, or physiotherapy.
- Graduate certificate in diabetes educating and management.
- Registration with the relevant practitioner regulation agency.
- Drivers Licence
- Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
