Responsibilities:
• Offer exceptional customer service throughout the client journey including post-sale
• Able to convert online or in-store leads, either qualified or un-qualified
• Attention to detail with basic CRM and ERP functions related to quote and sales pipeline
• Ability to understand and communicate ring customisation requirements between customers and production
• Assist in fostering and growing a team culture of respect and success
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a diamond and Jewellery Sales Consultant within Australia
• Able to work weekends
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Diamond grading knowledge (4C’s)
• Enthusiasm for showcasing luxury products
• Team player
• Positive and outgoing personality
• Participate in maintaining showroom to a high presentation standard
• Assisting the Marketing department on events or other requests
Preferred:
• Professionals in luxury diamond retail with a proven track record of sales
• Australian permanent resident / citizen
• Ambitious professionals that want to see growth within the GS Diamonds business
