About the Opportunity We have exciting opportunities for passionate and motivated Apprentice Chefs and/or experienced Cooks to join our Catering teams at our Villages located in the Bowen Basin (Nebo, Coppabella, Moranbah, Dysart, and Middlemount) approximately three hours inland from Mackay, QLD. This role is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high quality food and beverages to agreed menus and operating standards, with a high focus on timeliness, presentation, and professional, friendly customer service and interactions with guests and staff. FREE scheduled bus service for Civeo employees who travel from Mackay to the Bowen Basin About You To be successful, you will have: Demonstrated relevant work experience, preferably in the commercial hospitality industry Experience in high volume, fast paced kitchens (highly desired) Capability to work well under pressure Demonstrated experience working successfully in a team Flexibility to work, day and/or night shifts if required for your role Be comfortable with taking direction and working under supervision at all times.
