As a business they specialise in complete new build and refurbishment commercial projects up to $50m. Generally targeting projects in the; educational, commercial, institutional, medical and recreation fields.
Your Requirements:
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Degree qualification in Construction Management & Economics, Engineering or Quantity Surveying is preferable
- Previous experience in a PM role managing two projects concurrently and the ability to autonomously run all the financials is essential
- Strong industry references and tenure with previous employers
- Previous experience with a medium scale builder in a PM role
