Our facilities include modern workshop for servicing and mechanical repairs, pump and clean room for all fuel injection repairs including common rail and a large spare parts department. We are warranty agents for Bosch, Denso, Zexel and Delphi.
About the role
We are seeking a qualified DIESEL MECHANICs who is passionate about the industry and ready to join our dynamic team. This Permanent Fulltime role will entail:
- Performing scheduled maintenance servicing to all makes and models, such as oil changes, lubrications and engine tune-ups, to achieve smoother running of vehicle and ensure compliance with pollution regulations.
- General mechanical repairs
- Removing and refitting injector pumps and injectors
- Repairing and replacing worn and defective parts, reassembling mechanical components and referring to service manuals as needed.
- Detecting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults in engines and parts with the aid of Scan Tools
- Dismantling and removing engine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanisms and components, and checking parts.
- Fitting performance modifications
- Dyno Tuning

Skills and experience
Successful candidates must be a fully qualified mechanic with a Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent. At least 3 years experience and is passionate about their trade and industry. Have a C drivers license and HEAVY RIDGE license an advantage. Self motivated and a team player.
