This role will see you treat a wide range of clients with varying clinical presentations including: malnutrition, weight management, oncology, cardiac, pulmonary, gastroenterology, diabetes, and many more. This is a great opportunity to diversify your skillset with access to clinical support and mentoring to develop and grow your skills and confidence working with a broad range of client populations and presentations within the community. You will be also be an integral part of the wider Monash Health, Nutrition and Dietetics team and will have access to support and opportunities to advance your career.
This position is predominately based within the Cranbourne and Pakenham Community Rehabilitation team. This role will see you:
- Work across a variety of clinical specialisms providing evidence based care to our clients
- Work as part of a knowledgeable and supportive interdisciplinary team
- Learn, grow and expand your knowledge within an experienced, supportive team
- Champion the Dietetic profile and importance of nutrition care
- Establish strong relationships within the multidisciplinary Nursing & Allied Health team to optimise nutrition care for our clients
- Empower the team to advocate for Dietetics for our clients as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with the leadership team to foster a positive team culture that thrives on growth, learning and accountability

- Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics or Masters of Nutrition & Dietetics (or recognised equivalent)
- Eligible for membership of the Dietitians Australia (DA) and the Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) program.
