About the RoleGrampians Health Ballarat is seeking an experienced Dietitian to join our Eating Disorder team - We are open to full time applications.
This position is an exciting opportunity to join the dietetics’ team within Ballarat as a senior staff member. With regional service provision, opportunities exist to further build skill and experience in Dietetic Eating Disorder Service across multiple areas including acute, multidisciplinary clinics and community-based programs. As a senior staff member there will be opportunities to contribute to the leadership team across diverse areas of dietetics including supervision and quality improvement. We work as one department and have a supportive, friendly environment. Our work includes clinical services, research, quality and improvement, food service and student education. We pride ourselves on having established Clinical Supervision.
Skills and experience
The Dietitian who joins our team will:
be a positive and enthusiastic contributor to our multidisciplinary care team
have an interest in working within our expanding eating disorders multi-disciplinary team and be working towards Eating Disorders Credentialing
be committed to providing exceptional quality health care at all times
be motivated, hands on and diligent in approach;
be able to self-reflect and continue to build on clinical skills and capacity
be an active problem solver and work within the dietetics department to provide ‘exceptional’ patient care to our communities
