• Have a passion for inclusivity and accessibility
• Have solid knowledge of WCAG
• Understand how to embed accessibility through all stages of the software Development lifecycle in an agile way.
• Ability to collaborate with the designers, developers, testers, content writers, BAs, product managers, business stakeholders, communicate accessibility requirements when delivering accessible digital products and services
• Love learning as much as teaching and helping others build capability too.
• Demonstrate Independence, motivation and timely production of high-quality work.
• Embrace solid communication between you and your team.
• Have a collaborative, problem solving attitude.
• Generous with your time for others and display passion, pragmatism and empathy.

4. Outline your knowledge and experience in the following: - WAI-ARIA, best patterns and practices - HTML, CSS, JS - Common assistive technologies
5. Tell us about your experience with WCAG compliance audits and reviews
