About the role
You will report directly to the Head of Media & Partnerships and work very closely across a diverse portfolio of clients, for which you will define, implement and optimise integrated digital media campaigns on various platforms. These will include, but are not limited to, Google Ads & Bing, YouTube, Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, SnapChat, Pinterest) and Programmatic Display/Video. This is also a great opportunity for a specialist to develop their experience in the Media landscape and work across new channels such as Affiliate Marketing, Audio Advertising, Native Content. DOOH and more, as we expand our offering to connect with Australian and Global target audiences for our clients.
- Own the implementation process for performance media channels – manage campaigns, monitor budget and KPI pacing, optimise to maximise performance in-line with client objectives.
- Become a master of digital campaign set-up, management, optimisation, and reporting all platforms in use at The One Centre including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Implement tagging for clients – tag client digital assets (websites, applications, etc.) to measure campaign performance and business intelligence.
- Manage the digital report dashboards for your clients in line with campaign objectives. You will need a solid understanding of trends and provide insights on performance and make recommendations to improve the campaign.
- Work closely with the Senior Digital Media Manager to develop processes and procedures that will holistically improve campaign performance, effectiveness, and management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest paid media trends and technologies to collaborate with internal teams on new ideas and tactics
- Develop client recommendations, post-analysis, reports, and campaign post documents.
- Ensure client and team requests are managed in a timely manner.
- Ensure reports across your client portfolio are provided in a timely, accurate, and insightful manner.
- Proactively provide clients relevant industry updates and market trends.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns
- Strong proficiency in GA4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Paid Social, Youtube and Programmatic Display/Video desired
- Proven record of successful budget management and management of advertising channels to meet target KPIs
- Strong analytical skills and experience using online marketing tools that aid in gathering/reporting on actionable insights
- A creative thinker that enjoys challenging the norm and ‘Best Practise’
- Strong time and task management skills with experience working in a deadline-driven environment
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a fun, collaborative and progressive team where everyone is supportive of each other
