Based at our Head office in Rhodes, we have an exciting opportunity for a Digital and Performance Marketing Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and pushing the boundaries of digital marketing.
In this integral role, you’ll focus on curate, execute & report on campaigns that will target existing and conquest customers, always seeking to implement improvements to maximise user experience.
As our Specialist you will harness advertising techniques and platforms including SEM, SEO, Email Marketing, SMS, Meta, YouTube and more in your mission to engage with customers.
Lead generation and conversion results will be your focus, however you will assist the Marketing team in maintaining digital platforms (including the website) and email marketing.
Duties & Responsibilities;
- Develop and execute high yielding and measurable digital advertising campaigns focusing on awareness and conversion (primary business areas including ecommerce, new and preowned vehicles, vehicle maintenance and servicing)
- Specialise in all areas of Search Engine Marketing including campaign keyword selection, campaign tracking and optimization.
- Deploy effective Lead Generation and Sales driven campaigns across SEM, META and eDM’s
- Design high quality and relevant advertising campaigns with accurate context in terms of information and user experience
- Create exceptional, clear copy to accompany performance campaigns that builds trust and confidence with our customers.
- Manage always on promotion strategies and retargeting campaigns, to ensure Fraser Motor Group products and services are served to relevant prospects.
- Analyse performance data, competitor activity and trends to identify gaps/opportunities.
- Implement effective conversion tracking, report, evaluate & improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate and contribute to the development of sales and promotion campaigns.
- Specialise in SEO, enhancing search performance leveraging on and off platforms.
- Implement high performing conversion strategies to accompany digital campaigns.
- Continually keeping abreast of Google suite, Meta ensuring proficient use of digital platforms.
- Continual experimentation and improvement on campaign performance and conversion strategy
- Website maintenance including content/product creation and maintaining user experience.
- Proficient understanding in email marketing including ability to create content and maintain appropriate database lists and segments.
Skills & qualifications to Excel in this role;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist / Performance Marketing
- Experience using web analytics and optimisation tools
- Experience working with Google suite and Meta suites
- CMS and eDM experience preferable Shopify and Klaviyo respectfully.
- Highly developed attention to detail & Communication skills
- Experience with digital marketing automation software
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Eligibility to work in Australia on a permanent basis
