About the role
Based anywhere in Australia, an exciting new role has arisen for a Digital Analytics & Insights Specialist to drive actionable change in digital and eCommerce.
Working in a squad and closely with our product teams, you will work on our newly built website where you will analyse data to understand usage & purchase habits, uncover issues, and provide actionable insights to optimise the shopping experience for our customers.
You'll also
- Drive proactive insights to uncover potential test and learn ideas
- Provide insights on performance of tests and advocate for the right recommendation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders on defining measurable metrics and targets
You have solid product analytics experience and already use Adobe or Google analytics. A proactive self-manager you thrive in fast-paced environments and can tell us how you have revealed actionable insights that have driven real business value.
You'll also have
- Excellent time management and prioritisation capability
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills
- Experience working with analysis tools (sql/powerBI/tableau)
