We currently have an opportunity for an analytically minded individual to join our Customer Insights team as a Customer Insights Specialist. Reporting into the Customer Insights Manager, this role will see you assisting in the discovery, development, and distribution of meaningful tactical and strategic insights for the wider Kmart business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Customer Insights Specialist working for Kmart you will:

  • Discover and disseminate Customer Insights through in-depth data analysis to guide strategic and tactical initiatives.

  • Devise, create, and publish periodic customer focused reports including inputs to Board reports and leadership team.

  • Develop and maintain assets that enable insights generation using customer and transaction data.

  • Create BAU dashboards as well as weekly and monthly marketing reports

  • Lead training and workshops with store managers to improve customer experience

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

  • Demonstrated experience in working with, or within a research agency to conduct customer research including questionnaire writing based on qualitative research findings; undertaking research analysis and preparing presentations.

  • Experience in managing a large-scale Voice of Customer program, or Tracking surveys.

  • Ability to successfully analyst and interpret research results and develop Customer Insights and commercial opportunities.

  • Ability to understand quantitative data and data analysis using Q, SPSS and Excel.
