Responsibilities:
- Lead global digital transformation for adventure brands Rhino Rack, Maxtrax, and TRED.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Digital, E-Commerce, and CRM strategy for optimized website performance.
- Manage online traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and A/B testing with data-driven strategies.
- Oversee digital marketing levers (SEO, SEM, Display, email marketing, social media) for sales and growth.
- Define and implement the CRM strategy for enhanced customer engagement.
- Lead the North America E-Commerce team through transformation and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with digital agencies to optimize user experience, flow, and conversion paths.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing recommendations for optimizations.
- Lead a team, ensuring quality and speed in execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Service, Logistics) for successful project launches.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape for optimizing the shopping experience and identifying growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5-8+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong retail-focused background. Digital transformation experience is a plus.
- Automotive (and related) industry, as well as brand background, are highly regarded.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communication.
- Solid experience in creating and implementing e-commerce strategies and processes in a global environment.
- Experience with Marketing automation and CRM: from strategy to workflow execution.
- Solid analytical capabilities, performance and growth-driven mindset.
- Passionate and curious about technologies, innovation as a key driver.
- Strong leadership skills to drive collaboration, influence, and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
- Exceptional project management abilities with a proven ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams, including remote teams across different time zones.
- Strong ability to lead agencies and partners, setting high-quality standards.
- Ability to report quickly with a solution-focused attitude to take on challenges.
