Job Summary
Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting Asia Pacific is looking for a commercially focused Senior Digital Marketing and eCommerce Specialist, APAC to support the Digital Marketing and eCommerce Manager, APAC in the execution of the TAA APAC Digital Marketing and eCommerce strategy.
This person has a minimum of 7 years of experience in executing strategies to:
• increase traffic and conversion on websites and/or ecommerce stores,
• create and maintain website and/or eCommerce content,
• increase social media engagement,
• optimize eDM campaigns,
• report on KPIs by using various analytics tools.
You will drive success by executing the Digital Marketing efforts, and supporting the optimization of digital sales, for all products appearing in the APAC eCommerce stores. This includes transactional products like CCH Books and CCH Learning as well as subscription products like CCH iFirm, CCH iKnowConnect and CCH Parliament. The APAC eCommerce strategy focus is to increase sales via new customer acquisition and existing customer up/cross-sell. This includes managing the push promotion to the eCommerce store and daily site operations.
The Digital Marketing Specialist, APAC will also support the development and delivery of Digital Marketing campaigns via 3rd party channels, eDM, social media (paid and organic), SEM, SEO, and other channels (as they emerge). You will be both creative and analytical with an ability to drive change based on visitor and customer insights.
Responsibility:
eCommerce
- Work towards, and achieve, annual revenue targets for APAC eCommerce store(s) sales
- From 2024, Wolters Kluwer strategy is to growing ecommerce sales across a broader range of product with the addition of subscription products. Involvement in this broadening of products will be included in the role's scope.
- Over the next 3 years the 7 APAC eStores will be migrated to one APAC platform with four country stores for all products. The platform that has been selected is Adobe Commerce.
- Managing the execution of the eCommerce promotional strategy across four countries (AU, NZ,SG and MY) and working with the Senior Digital Marketing and eCommerce Specialist APAC and the Product Marketing Specialist APAC ensuring new customer acquisition and sales conversion targets are met and continually optimized.
- Support the digital acquisition strategies with full-funnel marketing to grow an online presence, engagement, and conversion
- Coordinate projects and stakeholders, including internal and external vendors Deploy the eCommerce email marketing program
- Develop and execute comprehensive reporting across all eCommerce sites and Digital Marketing performance to inform the approach; this includes analytics to track sales trends, traffic, competitor activity, campaign performance, and identify opportunities for growth Digital Marketing
Digital Marketing
- Website and eCommerce content creation and maintenance (Sitecore and Adobe Commerce)
- Identify trends and insights, and support the Senior Digital Marketing and eCommerce Specialist APAC to optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Alongside with the Senior Digital Marketing and eCommerce Specialist APAC and the Product Marketing Specialist APAC plan and execute all Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, retargeting and display advertising campaigns
- Continued optimization of Digital Marketing channels to improve results and ROI
- Email marketing enhancement and optimization for email KPI including open, CTR, conversion Analysis & Reporting
Analysis & Reporting
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all Digital Marketing campaigns.
Key measures
- Ongoing incremental increase in traffic and sales via APAC eCommerce stores
- Transaction and subscription sales targets met across APAC eCommerce stores
- Deliver a consistent brand, tone, and user journey across all APAC digital platforms
- Improve email marketing performance and conversion
- Improve the social media engagement
- Effective execution of advertising via digital 3rd party and WK-owned channels
About You:
- Minimum 7 years' experience in a B2B Digital Marketing
- Proven eCommerce experience across transactional and/or annual subscription products (Adobe Commerce experience highly regarded)
- Proven experience with Google AdWords (Search and Display, and preferable Shopping)
- Good knowledge of eDM best practices (Pardot experience highly regarded)
- Good knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics and
- Mouseflow/Hotjar/Crazy Egg/Microsoft Clarify, SEMrush/ahrefs/SEO Conductor or similar)
- Good copywriting and proof-reading skills
- Working knowledge of HTML, social media advertising (LinkedIn preferred) and SEO best- practices
- Proficiency with GA4 and commercial Reporting
- Salesforce and data management experience highly desirable
- A confident communicator with ability to liaise with global internal and external contacts and act as an advocate for APAC
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter with ‘can-do’ attitude, strong project management and organizational skill- highly regarded
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and achieve goals without conflict
