AddressCurrently seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing and digital initiatives for B2B customers and end users with an automotive client based in Dandenong South for a 6 week period. This role involves managing digital platforms, planning and executing marketing events, and handling administrative tasks to enhance the marketing efforts and grow their brands.
Client Details
The client is a premier manufacturer of high-quality consumable products for the industrial, consumer (auto), mining, and construction markets based in the South Eastern suburbs. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator position will be working on a 15 product portfolio and working with major automotive retailers for marketing.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop marketing projects such as trade shows, catalogues, and promotional activities with the Marketing/Sales teams.
- Maintain our social media and website platforms, including hands-on content development and PIM platform management.
- Write and publish content for digital applications, including the website, social media, and EDMs. Review and analyse the performance of campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Support the digital platform management by building/publishing to the digital content calendar and reporting on performance and insights.
- Coordinate marketing-related activities such as uniforms, business cards, promotional stock management, and conference/meeting preparation for key events.
Profile
The Successful Applicant:
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience with a successful track record in executing marketing strategies.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience with digital platforms and tools, including social media, WordPress, Mailchimp (or similar), SEO, social media management, and web analytics.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to problem-solve and show initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in digital content production and/or digital marketing, including graphic design skills or proficiency with Adobe suite (or similar), is advantageous but not necessary.
