THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our team based in Point Cook, Melbourne, to help us further our mission of providing exceptional service to patients and delivering the highest quality dental care.
As a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing The Point Dental’s visibility, driving a growth-focused Social Media strategy, and building the brand's strategic direction. We are seeking an energetic and experienced individual with a proven track record of growing brands online through Social Media, public relations, websites, apps, and partnerships.
The new Coordinator will report to The Point Dental’s Directors and the Business Manager to build a highly reputable brand with a strong digital footprint through expansion of wide-scale visibility on Social Media and development of top-grade marketing content and UGC to drive sales and grow leads.
We are seeking for a doer, a strategist and a Social Media first brand marketer who understands the opportunity Social Media provides us in a competitive environment. You have an innate ability to drive brand awareness, leads and sales conversion and provide motivation and focus to the team, whilst keeping brand positioning unique and inspiring according to our values.
The three key areas of the role are to
1. increase our digital footprint
2. drive new leads and conversion
3. improve our client engagement via social and website
There will be a major focus on Social Media strategy and implementation including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
You will also support the company objectives of increasing new client acquisition, improving client retention, sales, and maximising client experience whether it’s offline or online.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Social Media Content creation
• Social Media Management and implementation - End-to-end
(Create and manage Social Media across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook,
LinkedIn, and other Social Media platforms).
• Marketing Management- Provide reports weekly and monthly against
KPIs.
• Day-to-day management of tasks with the clinic coordinator.
• Management and implementation of an integrated marketing calendar.
You’ll need to be super passionate and experienced in this area and be able to demonstrate your experience in producing high-performing videos, reels, stories and driving acquisition and engagement, and sales.
Website Traffic, Phone lead and increase in patient database – Conversion driven from Social Media and marketing activity.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong independent skills with a focus on driving a high-performance culture.
• Highly numerate with a passion for Social Media
• Must know Adobe suite (Premier Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign)
• Creative thinking and a growth mindset to drive innovation in marketing strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver according to briefs and timelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in close partnership with clinical staff, influencers and patients.
• Multi-tasks well in a fast-paced workplace.
• Excels at organisation and project management.
