It's an exciting time to be part of our organisation! We are now offering several unique opportunities for Project Mangers to play a key role on our exciting Integration Program as we create a new national mutual that offers a compelling alternative to the big banks.  

We are offering multiple roles as both permanent and 12+ months fixed-term opportunities.  

About the roles 

Facilitating our ambitious and exciting Brand & Digital Program, the Project Manager will partner with all divisions across our growing business to manage project delivery and achieve desired strategic and tactical business outcomes. 

You will coordinate people and processes to ensure that the project is delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. Specific Project Manager responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the project within the Digital Transformation Program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Utilize your strong project management skills to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while managing project budgets, risks, and timelines effectively.
  • Apply Agile and Prince2 methodologies to drive project agility, maintain project documentation, and ensure efficient communication and collaboration among project stakeholders
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment, and ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement proactive solutions to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders incl. marketing teams to integrate strategic initiatives into the digital transformation projects, enhancing brand visibility and member engagement.
  • Champion the enhancement of customer and user experiences across all digital touchpoints, ensuring seamless interactions and user-centric design

About you  
 
You will have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis. You are an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. You are also a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude

You will also demonstrate: 

  • Exceptional project management skills with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and executing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, multi-year, complex digital transformation projects within the financial services industry.
  • Strong background in marketing, customer experience, and user-centric design principles.
  • Certified in Agile methodologies and Prince2, with a deep understanding of how to tailor these methodologies to project needs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
