Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Digital Communications specialist to develop and implement a range of marketing and digital campaigns and activities. This role is responsible for the creation of digital and social media content across RASA’s channels with the aim of increasing awareness of the organisation and its programs and services.
The position will be based in the Communications team and will provide high quality communications advisory services to RASA, and contribute impactful, relevant, and meaningful content to the organisation.
To be successful in this role you will:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in communications, media or marketing, or significant experience in similar role.
- Experience working in communications, media, marketing, or similar role.
- Experience in preparing and delivering effective Digital Communications or marketing plans for a variety of audiences.
- Competent and comfortable in relating to and communicating with diverse range of people, of different cultures, locations and ages.
- Proven experience in developing content and implementing social media and Digital Communications strategies.
- Proven high level of communication, interpersonal skills and team membership skills.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and requests at short notice.
- Experience in shooting and editing video for the web.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud or similar program.
- Knows when and how to raise critical issues.
