We are looking for a Digital Communications Coordinator to grow Her Heart’s digital presence through the creation of engaging content across multiple channels, developing and delivering our marketing and communications strategy.
This is a diverse role with space to bring ideas, creativity and expertise in social media strategy, communications and campaigns, with the opportunity for further professional growth.
Reporting to the Head of Communications, this position would suit someone who wants to use their digital skills to make a difference to women’s health. While qualifications and experience are important, equally as important is who you are as a person.

In addition:
- Degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years experience in social media marketing, including developing and executing social media campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media management tools and knowledge of advertising platforms.
- Demonstrated experience using marketing automation, lead management, reporting and analytics.
- Ability to interpret social media metrics and data.
- Familiarity with social media trends and best practices.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work from home (own laptop).
- Flexible and collaborative approach to supporting organisation goals.
