ZIMMERMANN has an exciting opportunity for a meticulous Digital Content Coordinatorto join our Digital Content team at our Rosebery, NSW headquarters.
About the role:
Reporting to the Digital Content Assistant Manager, you will support the evolution of our global digital brand presence by ensuring that all assets shown on our global websites are accurate and in line with brand guidelines. This includes everything from product descriptions to site merchandising.
This is a full-time position based at our Head Office in Rosebery, NSW.
As the Digital Content Coordinator, your key areas of responsibility will include:
- Digital Content: upload and merchandise seasonal collections to the website in line with the Digital Calendar. Deliver content initiatives by strategising with the team to improve our digital brand representation. Report on performance and optimisation of our platforms. Ensure all website pages such as Z.IMMERSE, Careers Page, and Store Information are maintained. Work with the Design and Production teams to ensure all product is described accurately.
- Product Copy: collaborate with the Digital Content Assistant Manager to write and upload all product descriptions and care information to accurately present products that are reflective of our brand tone across all markets. Proofreading all product content before it is published on the site. Ensuring accuracy in all care descriptions, checking AP21 details and online description copy against the final garment, and confirming AP21 details where necessary.
- Administration: Prepare weekly product, edit, and homepage reports, and monthly search and content insights reports. Exporting Care content from Ap21 and updating it for tone, disclaimers, and customer-facing language. Working with the Production, Studio, and Design teams to create size and fit information and measurements, including all necessary conversions.
What you will bring to the role:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role supporting Content Copy, Digital Merchandising, and Communications, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
- A creative mindset and passion for fashion, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, autonomous and a problem solver, with the ability to multitask and work to tight timelines.
- Excellent communication skills with both creative personalities and business teams.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Magento CMS, and AP21 ERP is preferred.
