The Role
The Content and Digital Marketing Coordinator at the firm will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, as well as the coordination and dissemination of all marketing Content and communication across various audiences. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and Events, this role involves overseeing digital presence across all platforms, maintaining up-to-date content, and driving engagement and brand awareness through the development of market insights and tracking analytics.
Respnsibilties
Business Growth
• DrivResponsibilitiese online traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.
• Marketing content strategy planning and execution.
• Content production including video production and publishing on social media and Digital platforms.
• Ensure CX excellence is maintained, incorporating client engagement and journey mapping.
• Manage all social media platform content, including editing and publishing
Brand
• Oversee Digital Marketing platforms including websites.
• Create and design marketing collateral for the investment and advice teams.
• Produce and publish monthly and quarterly performance reports in conjunction with the investment team.
• Create and distribute regular email (eDM) communications with clients.
• Maintain brand consistency across the Group.
Compliance
• Ensure all regulatory and trustee compliance requirements are met, including disclaimers and approvals.
• Coordinate content for ASX publications, including the preparation of Annual Reports.
• Ensure accurate data is maintained in the CRM for analytics and reporting purposes.
Stakeholder Management
• Contribute to key strategy projects as required.
• Conduct analytics and reporting on marketing outcomes for the Executive team and board.
• Liaise with external advertising, media and marketing consultants to support marketing activities
Required experience
• Marketing experience in a financial services organisation.
• An ability to generate commercial outcomes from Content and leads.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written) and an ability to relate to people at all levels of an organisation.
