Our Digital Content Coordinator will drive increased stakeholder engagement through digital communications ensuring website and email content updates are clear, relevant, accessible, engaging and targeted to the needs of identified audiences. You will also contribute to web development activities to improve our websites. Our ideal Digital Content Coordinator will also need to: Update and publish content on the MLA website by liaising with respective content owners. Suggest improvements to the existing layout of those pages for better look and feel and increased customer engagement. Assist with the compilation of the content analytics dashboard related to all Digital Content. Review Digital Content in accordance with the MLA written style guide. Contribute to the development of MLA’s digital strategy. Record key stakeholder/contractor interactions in the CRM. Role model MLA values and expected behaviours and best practice communication across the company by attending and actively participating in team meetings and progress catchups. Support the rest of the team, when necessary, with task such as publishing social media posts, and updating other websites and email newsletters. What’s on offer?
