The Digital Content Coordinator – Intranet role is an integral part of the Digital Communications team. Reporting to the Manager, Digital Communications and Engagement, the Digital Content Coordinator – Intranet is primarily responsible for coordinating high quality, engaging, accessible and plain-language content across our digital communications channels, with a focus on our intranet.You will coordinate the day to day running of our intranet, to ensure it meets the needs of its core audience. You'll also use your expertise to support intranet content authors with best practice advice and guidance to make intranet quick and easy to use and understand.This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri CountryAbout you:As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
- Demonstrated experience working with a content management system (SharePoint and Drupal experience preferred but not essential).
- Working knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and website usability best practice principles.
- Highly developed written and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to deliver training and advice to staff.
- An ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines.
