About the Role
This role is suited to someone who really wants to own content. With a primary focus on social media, this person will be given complete autonomy to explore new channels and enhance current platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook). You will be responsible for developing website, digital and content strategies and reporting on their performance with key metrics.
- Engage a range of candidates and clients from various industries through creative campaigns;
- Drive engagement, brand awareness and impressions across a range of channels;
- Create both static and video form content through Adobe, Canva and Photoshop; and
- Contribute to website development, social media, eDM creation and SEO.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Someone creative, driven, hardworking and proactive;
- Someone who wants to own content and develop strategy;
- Someone who is confident pitching new ideas; and
- Someone who has had hands on, executional experience producing social media content.
Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years' experience in Digital Content creation ideally in a creative agency environment;
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing and social media;
- Experience with google analytics and other social media reporting platforms; and
- Ability to think creatively and analytically.
