You'll be responsible for
- Manage and drive the curation and review of well-structured, engaging and user-focused content that is accurate and complies with relevant policies, guidelines and standards.
- Digital content management, monitoring and reporting in a Financial Services context, to verify adherence to enterprise policies whilst ensuring that Digital Content is on-brand, factually correct, compliant, search engine optimised, and accessible.
- Edit and repurpose digital and printed content assets ensuring information is accurate, compliant, appropriate for the channel and focused on user experience.
- Manage, monitor, and audit triggered content change alerts, to ensure content publishing adheres to our approved process.
- Support the delivery of the digital strategy and measure the impact on sales through Club Marine and partner sites.
About you
- Experience with Digital Content management within the financial services industry.
- Understanding and experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Experience Manager.
- Proficient with analytics, hypothesis testing, UX design principles and CRO.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
- 5+ years’ experience managing and publishing Digital Content, including documentation and task tracking for audit purposes.
- Experience copywriting for digital, including SEO and WCAG AA+
- Effective stakeholder management skills, navigating opposing views and feedback to deliver positive customer and business outcomes.
