The Digital Design Coordinator is responsible for supporting the design of a variety innovative and high-quality digital content, such as digital banners, PowerPoint presentations, social media posts, and video assets for eHealth NSW. The role will also be responsible for maintaining the image and video library and ensuring all eHealth NSW collateral and assets are consistent, professional and in keeping with our brand guidelines.

What you will do
As an integral member of the Digital Communications Team, you will:
- Design and produce digital assets across multiple channels, such as web tiles, presentations as well as print collateral
- Assist with film and photography production including liaising with talent and stakeholders, and engage in post-production such as minor retouching and cataloguing of assets
- Maintain the eHealth NSW image and video library
- Act as visual identity/brand custodian for eHealth NSW to ensure all collateral produced (online/offline) aligns to brand guidelines
- Maintain good communication and relationships with stakeholders
- Support the Design and Brand Advisor as required.
About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who have the following skills:
- Experience creating digital and print assets and templates with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and MS PowerPoint.
- Proven experience producing creative solutions whilst still adhering to detailed and comprehensive brand guidelines.
- Developed organisational skills and experience working in a demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
- Experience with digital accessibility, preparing artwork for print, animation, filming and video editing will be highly favourable to your application.

To be eligible for this role you must have current Australian work rights (Australian citizen, permanent resident, New Zealand citizen with a current passport, or hold a valid visa with permission to work in Australia).
