Great opportunity for a creative Graphic/Digital Designer to join our Member Marketing team. As a Digital Designer at RAA, you will be responsible for creating captivating design assets that support our strategic priorities. You will play a key role in developing visually compelling content for various digital platforms to enhance user engagement and convey our brand message effectively.
- Create and design digital content for diverse platforms including direct mail, web assets, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
- Develop, manage, and test HTML/CSS content templates within Member Marketing email and advertising platforms.
- Produce engaging visuals, graphics, and multimedia elements to enrich user experience and align with the brand's messaging.
- Prioritise digital design projects based on importance and urgency, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Stay updated with contemporary design practices and contribute to departmental business improvement activities.
- Contribute to the development of generative AI content capabilities to deliver personalized content for the broader Member Marketing strategy.
About you
You're a confident, passionate, and forward-thinking individual with a passion for digital design, a flair for creativity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences who enjoys working in a high performing culture.
For this role, we're also looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Digital Media, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS for creating and managing digital content templates.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of generative AI content creation is a plus.
