Job DescriptionAbout the opportunity
This highly influential role will work across our business to develop and lead delivery of the Digital Engineering program. Through building strong relationships, you will gain a deep understanding of project delivery within Spiire, identifying opportunities for optimisation, streamlining and enhancing our digital processes to improve the quality of our service and deliveries. Some key responsibilities include:
- Collaboratively select, implement, and deploy appropriate software and digital workflows that enhance our service delivery and outputs
- Work with project teams to provide senior technical Digital Engineering support
- Manage and grow a small team of Digital Engineers while contributing as a senior leader within a larger technology group
- Contribute to decision making for new innovative technologies, linking them to business performance and differentiation
- Continuously assess the organisations current digital capabilities including gap and risk analysis and inform our longer term technology roadmap
You will have access to an emerging technology team including tools such as VR and AR
About you
First and foremost, you share our passion for Excellence. You truly understand how to enhance service delivery within a multi-disciplinary design consultancy. You use your technical knowledge and experience, combined with your stakeholder engagement skills, to collaboratively develop bespoke solutions. You have worked within Digital Engineering teams which provides you with the insight and passion to develop and lead Digital Engineering within Spiire. You will come to us with:
- Experience leading Digital Engineering change management and transformation processes within a multidisciplinary setting with previous experience in the deployment of a CDE highly regarded
- A strong technical background with Autodesk, 12D and/or design packages relevant to a property and infrastructure consultancy
- Demonstrated ability to partner with a diverse group of stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of challenges and deliver solutions
- Previous involvement within a property or infrastructure consultant or contractor will be highly regarded
