About The Role:
The Digital Learning Helpdesk Officer is responsible for providing first-level helpdesk support for Digital Learning user-reported issues. The role will resolve issues related to login, course access, and other basic problems. The role will also be responsible for logging requests/incidents, updating clients, executing course-related tasks, assisting users with LMS navigation and account management.
We are excited about you because you have:
- It is a relevant degree or certification in Information Technology or Computer Science or Education or experience in Moodle LMS is preferable
- Practical experience and demonstrated skills in technical service provision and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve user-reported issues efficiently, as well as knowing when to escalate more complex problems to higher-level support personnel.
- Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and articulately both in oral and written form, using appropriate language, style and methods depending on audience and the purpose of communication.
- Familiarity with service ticketing systems is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail for accurate logging of requests/incidents
- Understanding of relevant policies and legislative requirements, particularly regarding data protection and user account management, to ensure adherence within the LMS environment.
