Role & Responsibilities: This role oversees Level 1/2 IT Support and projects, including:Collaboratively ensure excellent user experience and customer service.Handle calls, emails, and tickets for hardware/software issues.Setup, maintain, troubleshoot end user devices and peripherals.Train and support end users on equipment and software.Deploy hardware and set up desks.Administer Windows, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, O365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange.Evaluate and enhance existing systems.Document processes and hardware incidents.Deploy and support new hardware and apps.Collaborate with Service Desk and outsource teams.Create and update system documentation and knowledge base.Communicate and coordinate with vendors to ensure that all the facilities issues are handled in time. Your Skills & ExperienceAt least 1 years' experience in a Service Desk role.Excellent verbal, written communication skills supporting end users using remote support tools.Excellent attention to detailDemonstrated high standard of managing time, problem solving and prioritizing activities.Ability to make an independent judgment within established procedures.Reliability, efficiency, and the ability to learn processes and technologies quickly.Strong relationship-building and consultation skills with internal and external stakeholder groups.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Good knowledge of Office 365, Windows, Internet, Intranet, security, Wireless.
