Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of all digital channels, ensuring activities are executed on time and in line with brand marketing and product plans.
• Coordinate the upload and categorization of products across the website in line with monthly product drops.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce web photography and other digital creative assets.
• Ensure order fulfillment standards are maintained across all channels.
• Collaborate with marketplace partners to ensure the brand is appropriately represented.
• Measure and monitor channel performance, and present trade results and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability, and the overall quality of the customer experience.
• Deliver and execute the brand's digital marketing strategies across all paid channels.
• Provide support to resolve irregular customer issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Display a proactive attitude to promote safety and maintain a respectful and safe work environment.

Ideally you will: 

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, or Information Technology.
• Minimum 5 years' experience operating an ecommerce business and digital marketing channels.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of web design and UX standards.
• Experience with retail technology platforms is desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and develop team members.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on defining customer journeys.
