The package

The role will be part-time (4 days) or full-time (5 days) per week.

Your skills and experience
We're looking for:
- Experience managing clients/customers
- A passion for building great, long-term relationships
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, including Google and Facebook ads, SEO and Google Analytics
- Experience with website content management systems such as WordPress or Shopify
- The ability to analyse data and develop clear actions
- Ridiculously passionate about Digital Marketing
- Previous agency experience is very desirable but not compulsory
The job
You'll report to the Account Director and be the main point of contact for a suite of clients.
You'll be supported by a team of specialists across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, copywriting and graphic design.
Key duties will include:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing client projects and WIP
- Providing fast, thorough and clear communication to clients
- Developing digital strategies and clear roadmaps of activity
- Reviewing, interpreting and reporting on client results
- Acting as gatekeeper and maintaining a very high quality of work
- Proactively identifying opportunities for clients to grow bigger, faster
- Monitoring client performance using platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs and so on
This role is based in Newcastle and has flexible work arrangements. Most Gorillas split their week between our Newcastle West office and working from home.
