This is a unique opportunity to join specialist impact advisory, brand storytelling and events firm, ImpactInstitute, as a Senior Account Manager specialising in Digital Marketing.

We're looking for someone with a drive to see purpose-oriented organisations connect with the right audiences through digital channels. Affinity for clear communication across multiple channels and the ability to translate metrics and reporting into recommendations that optimise performance will stand you in good stead. You must be able to understand the digital ecosystem with a view to maximise lead generation activities.

Reporting to the Head of Brand Storytelling, you would support client engagement, internal marketing initiatives, produce content across a range of topics and manage multiple stakeholders.

Day-to-day, the Senior Account Manager is responsible for:

  • Digital Marketing - leading and implementing Digital Marketing strategies for the organisation and its clients; maintaining digital assets and systems for the organisation and its clients; provide admin level support for websites, Google Suite, CRM, Social Media platforms etc.
  • Account Management - liaising with and attending meetings with clients, third party providers and internal teams; maintaining WIP documents.
  • Project Management – manage digital projects, including website implementations, with a team of internal staff and external contractors.
  • Reporting & Analysis - Monitoring and reporting on Digital Marketing activity, preparing and presenting reports that include optimisation recommendations.
  • Internal Engagement - supporting new business; participating in team activities, idea generation sessions and professional development opportunities.

Skillset:

  • A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Digital Marketing or similar
  • 3+ years experience in a busy agency (or similar) environment, with experience in both B2C and B2B
  • Digital marketing experience: digital advertising - SEM, PPC, Programmatic, CMS publishing (Wordpress and/or Adobe), EDM and SEO best practice
  • Social Media Expertise – Meta and LinkedIn
  • CRM – experience in common CRM system such as Hubspot/Salesforce
  • Strong organisational and administration skills – you get it done!
  • Excellent writing/content development across diverse audiences and media
  • Understanding of Australia’s media landscape including mainstream, social and owned media channels
