About the role
We are looking for a passionate and energetic music fan to be a key part of our mighty team in this newly created role. This is a diverse role that will be responsible for assisting our team across Digital Marketing, social content and streaming. The successful applicant will be well organised, with a keen eye for detail and an analytical mind, looking to build a career with one of the most iconic companies in Australian music.
This is a full-time role, based in our Sydney Office in Woolloomooloo.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist the Marketing team in the day-to-day ad-booking and execution of Digital Marketing campaigns globally.
- Assist the socials team with artist content capture for organic short form content as required.
- Assist the streaming team with research, pitch preparation and data monitoring.
- Continuously monitor data available across digital campaigns, social and streaming performance with the ability to identify sources and draw direct links between activity.
- Day-to-day support for the marketing, socials and streaming teams including regular reporting, maintaining of shared documents and general administrative tasks.
- Day-to-day support for the General Manager Media & Strategy.
- Attend Mushroom Label artist shows and promotional functions in a work capacity as required (including evenings & weekends).
Sounds like you? If so, you will have the following –
- Experience (internships included) within marketing, digital or similar.
- Qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Familiarity with Meta Business Manage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).r, Google Ad Manager, TikTok Ads Manager etc. would be advantegeous
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to constantly multi-task and prioritise tasks/timelines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
- Has a broad music knowledge and an appreciation for a variety of music genres.
- Has a can do and proactive attitude, with ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment
- Passion for music is always a plus
