I am looking to speak to an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support this founder.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content and digital marketing, as well as a keen understanding of personal branding.

Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO/Founder’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Content and Digital Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to coordinate content creation, social media campaigns, and brand messaging.
- Assist in organizing webinars, conferences, and other marketing events.
- Personal Brand Management:
- Help the CEO/Founder maintain a consistent personal brand across various social platforms.
- Monitor and engage with relevant industry influencers and thought leaders.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- eCommerce Experience:
- Familiarity with eCommerce operations, customer service, and order fulfillment.
- Ability to navigate online retail platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of executive assistant/administrative experience supporting senior executives.
- Proven track record in content and digital marketing.
- Understanding of personal branding strategies.
- Exposure to eCommerce or online retail environments.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
- Adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
