We’re seeking an energetic Digital Marketing & Communications Officer to work with our senior consultants to deliver engaging marketing and communications services for the business and clients.

About you
You’re a driven marketing and communications generalist with some experience. You want to work in a fun and collaborative team, where you get to learn and develop your skills across a whole range of marketing and communications work.

Role and Responsibilities
The role will work closely with our senior consultants to deliver Digital Marketing including digital ad management, e-newsletter management and social media content creation and management.
The successful candidate must be willing to learn basic graphic design to support colleagues and clients.
In this newly created role, you will work with our senior consultants to:
- Deliver social media strategies, create engaging social media content, and meet KPIs
- Collaborate across the business’s Marketing, Communication and Engagement functions
- Use best practice SEO to attract organic web traffic
- Implement and optimise digital ad campaigns (predominately on Google Ads and LinkedIn)
- Use campaign data to write reports for clients
- Use Mailchimp (and other email software platforms) to build e-newsletters
- Provide admin support to the team including data entry
- Copywrite engaging, plain English content
- Work with graphic designers
- Develop surveys and collate data.
You must have great attention to detail, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an enthusiasm for new challenges.
