About the role
An experienced Marketing Coordinator or a person with this potential needs to be responsible for:
- Collaborate with clients to implement strategies and monitor progress.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on best practices and industry trends.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business and evolving needs.
- General administration and support in running various activities and events including phone answering and email contacting clients.
- Managing communication: customer relationship maintenance, event invitations, and other event collaterals as required
- Within routines, methods, and procedures: provide administrative support to senior management; arrange appointments and webinars, and prepare correspondence.
- Support producing marketing material including social media and all content

Skills and experience
Experience in the provision of administrative support and the ability to provide best-practice customer service.
Demonstrated high-level attention to detail and experience working both independently and as a member of a team on multiple tasks and projects
Demonstrate a positive, organized, and efficient approach to your work
Experience in using and adopting technology, ideally including social media and online business or marketing platform(s)
Chinese/Mandarin/Cantonese speaking is an advantage but not necessary.
