The Melbourne Digital Marketing space is busier than ever & with our reputation to deliver continuing to grow - we’re beautifully chaotic & extremely busy. As a result, we’re in need for a Senior Consultant to focus on the Digital Marketing sector and work with our team to kick some serious goals! Think: CIA level people-finding skills.
  
Experience in marketing recruitment is not mandatory – It’s more about your mindset and current (recruitment) ability, plus the understanding of how to harness a successful desk - Essentially, remaining proactive in your approach to market, whilst ensuring repeat custom across both client and candidates alike.

It's possible you’re currently in one of the below situations:

• Currently working for a corporate and not enjoying your desk (*accountancy, support, IT, other), and you will have noticed that the digital world is where you want to be
• You are working on a digital desk, but your company just does not "get it"... and yes there are a few of these!
• You’re in an internal recruitment role, and you want to either jump back into agency-side (or) want to understand more about the mechanics of agency-side plus the perks associated. I understand the market is contracting, and this may be more applicable now than historically...
