About the Role:
Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Digital Support Specialist to join their team in Melbourne. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales & Marketing function through effective digital task management.

This International organisation speciliase in Medical Consumables for the Aged Care, Community and Healthcare field.

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM Management: Coordinate and implement the CRM system (MS Dynamics 365), providing ongoing support and training to the sales team, and ensuring accurate reporting and analytics.
• Digital Strategy Support: Manage various digital projects including website and social media management, EDM development and database management, and B2B webshop build and launch.
• MS Teams Files Version Control: Ensure version control of brochures, portfolio content, Jot Forms, and other essential documents.
• Other Product Manager and Sales Team Support: Assist with graphic design, webinar logistics, pricing processes, and coordination of documents, samples, events, and training.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Support with contracts as needed in conjunction with the Contracts Coordinator.
• Adhere to company quality standards, procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Operate within the requirements of the quality system and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality processes.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales and marketing support roles, preferably in a digital capacity.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly MS Dynamics 365, and familiarity with Digital Marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Commitment to quality standards, procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements.
