Form of workWe are partnering with a Melbourne-based independent Perfomance Marketing Agency on the lookout for a new superstar Digital Executive.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Title: Senior Digital Executive
Location: South Melbourne - multiple WFH days/week
Base salary circa $80k
Engagement: Permanent position
Ideal Start date: Feb 2024
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be the client contact for digital first clients, working closely with the client service, ATL and Creative teams.
- Nurture and grow client relationships, to become the trusted advisor for Digital Strategy & Performance.
- Help lead Digital Coordinator to drive Media Buying, executing booking reports, post analysis insights and reporting.
- Build and manage media plans ongoing by ensuring budgets and forecast figures are kept updated.
- Manage campaign processes from end to end – this includes digital media planning, and ensuring that your team brings the media pan to life and is constantly optimising performance to hit your intended targets for the clients.
- Design & implement clients paid advertising campaigns in platforms (ie. Meta, Google, Spotify etc.)
ABOUT YOU:
- Minimum three (3) years experience digital experience within agency or client.
- At least two years full time hands-on experience across paid social and Google platforms (Meta experience essential, SEM can be an area for growth)
- Have an exceptional track record of delivering market leading performance.
- Genuine passion for the digital marketing and the power of the platform for advertising success.
- Great stakeholder management skills with the ability to easily build rapport with clients.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels and how to convert interest into revenue.
- Capable of detailed analysis and a deep understanding of analytical numbers.
- Have basic level copywriting and creative editing skills (e.g. Canva).
