Scoot Boot is a manufacturer and global exporter of the most advanced horse (equine) hoof boot on the market. Hoof boots are a relatively new product and replace archaic metal shoes as a better way to protect horse's hooves.
As an e-commerce pure player, Scoot Boot was established in 2015 with the mission to offer better animal welfare, hoof protection and support to the barefoot horse by providing a superior range of products. We innovate, educate and inspire others in all that they do.
After dynamic and massive growth both here in Australia and in international markets we now wish to take the brand and products to the next level. We are therefore seeking an energetic, dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Coordinatorto join our professional and passionate team based in Cambridge, Tasmania.

About the role
The role is based in Cambridge, Tasmania however we will consider applicants from other Australian states. It will be a requirement of the role that you attend regular in person meetings with the Marketing Management Team. The terms of the arrangement would be discussed as part of the interview process.
We will also view very favourably anyone with a knowledge of, or passion for, the equine industry.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is an integral part of the Marketing team and will be positioned to optimise our digital channels to support marketing activities throughout the year, with a particular focus on our Social Media Channels.
With a specific focus on effective and efficient Paid Campaigns, you will ensure that KPIs are set and achieved in line with marketing and brand objectives.
You will guide the evolution of social media from brand and product awareness to customer engagement and conversion.
You will also manage the company’s global content creator community to ensure user-generated content meets objectives and drives significant growth of brand exposure in key markets.

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Digital Marketing or social media role, with a proven ability to create and manage FB/IG advertising campaigns, sales funnels and evergreen ad campaigns
- Proven ability to scale followers, social traffic and revenue
- Effective time management, with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
- Ability to analyse digital performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimise campaigns and strategies
- Exceptional communication, organisation and collaboration skills
- Must be located in Australia, with the ability to travel to Tasmania on a regular basis
