About the role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator with a keen interest in travel to join our dynamic team. The applicant will work across our group of brands to promote our services - Corporate Travel, Luxury Leisure Travel and Meetings, Conferences and Events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for crafting targeted Digital marketing strategies within the B2B and B2C space. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence and showcasing our offerings through digital lead campaigns. You will work with the marketing team to implement and manage strategies across multiple digital channels, including social media, advertising platforms, eDM, content creation, and website.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Plan and execute paid digital campaigns across various platforms ie. Google, LinkedIn and Facebook Ads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content for various marketing channels, including website articles, social media, ad creatives and email newsletters.
- Monitor and analyse SEO across websites. Website content; create articles and case studies and implement them on sites and design high-converting landing pages with a focus on user experience.
- Collaborate and create content for client newsletters. Create and manage mailing lists in the CRM/CSM platform.
- Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Analyse marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimisation, remarketing and communicate ROI.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and suppliers, providing updates on campaign progress through reporting.
Attributes, Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any of the following - Business, Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, Advertising or equivalent.
- Significant experience in Digital marketing, campaign management, marketing or advertising preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM & CMS, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and social media platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- The ability to report on Digital marketing analytics and measure ROI across various platforms.
