Specialising in mid-high end feminine multi-way linen dresses, we're dedicated to creating beautiful clothing that empowers women of all shapes and sizes.
Role Overview:
You will be working closely with our designer and founder, Michelle to create beautiful and engaging creatives for socials, website, EDMs and Ads. Creating and editing video, photo and graphic content that is in stylistic alignment with Aulieude’s feminine, natural and timeless aesthetic.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation
Conceptualise, Plan and Produce engaging and aesthetic content, including video, photo, graphics, and written posts, aligning with our brand voice and resonating with our target audience.
- Videography and Photography- Film and snap beautiful shots for socials, ads and other Digital Marketing purposes
- Video and Photo Editing - Edit engaging videos for Insta Reels, TikTok and digital paid media. Edit photos for socials, website and ads
- Graphic Design - Create aesthetic EDMs, Website banners, Static Ads using Canva.
- Copywriting for Social Media, website and paid ads
Social Media Management
- Plan and schedule content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all Social Media platforms.
- Community Engagement: Monitor Social Media channels, respond to comments and inquiries promptly, and engage with our audience to foster a sense of community.
- Performance Tracking: Track and analyse the performance of Social Media campaigns and efforts, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
Digital Marketing
- Build Ads in Meta for Marketing Manager (Training Provided)
- EDMS - Create and schedule
- Re-merchandising our E-commerce website product images, banners and pages for new releases, sales and other marketing activations
Collaborations
- Influencer Marketing: Identify and onboard relevant influencers, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing influencers.
- Negotiate and execute both gifted and paid partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and budget parameters.
- Talent/ location scouting: Source and coordinate talent (models/creatives) as well as locations for in house content creation and collaborative activations.
- Collate, repurpose and schedule outsourced content for our platforms
About You:
- Experience in the Social Media landscape. Fashion-specific experience highly favoured.
- Detailed understanding of Social Media platforms and Social Media management tools (Instagram, TikTok, Later)
- Excellent video capture and editing skills (iPhone, Capcut or Inshot) Must be comfortable and confident on camera.
- Sound photo editing skills (Adobe Lightroom or similar)
- Sound graphic design skills. Familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva or Adobe Photoshop)
- Basic understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Preferred
- Organisational excellence. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize high-impact work
- Ability to adapt and problem solve in a fast evolving industry
- Strong analytical skills. Able to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Creative thinker. Able to innovate, play with new ideas and resourcefully bring them into realisation
