This is a rare opportunity to join the largest equestrian creative agency in Australia. We are looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a long-term basis from our studio in Darraweit Guim, Victoria (1 hour North of Melbourne). We will consider a hybrid situation for those living a long distance from our office.
Part time hours of approximately 25-30 hours a week, we are flexible on the days and start / finish times to work in with other commitments.
Remuneration is negotiable depending on experience.
You
- Love horses, ideally have one of your own, and have a thorough understanding of the horse industry.
- Love dogs (We have two office dogs!)
- Either part way through study or already have a Marketing certificate, diploma or degree.
- A true creative and like to think outside the square.
- A hard worker, that is organised and able to work under pressure to deadlines.
- Self-sufficient, able to work unattended and also as part of a team.
- Have excellent communication and creative copywriting skills.
- Confident in liaising with clients and potential clients.
- Have meticulous attention to detail.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Reporting to the director and marketing account manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Develop, manage and implement traditional and Digital Marketing strategies
- Develop, manage and implement social media strategies
- Monitor and report on Digital Marketing campaign performance
- Organic Social media planning, copywriting and scheduling.
- Plan and execute EDM’s
- Writing blogs with SEO in mind.
- Liaising with clients on the phone, in person and digitally.
Qualifications and experience:
- It is essential you have knowledge of the horse industry and a love for all things equine
- Degree / Diploma in Marketing or similar or halfway through education.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Social Media.
- Experience is a similar role
