The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join Pimp My Salad team as our eCommerce and Digital Marketing Manager. This role could be remote, based in the Byron Bay office, or a combination of both. In this key role, you will play a vital part in driving the growth and visibility of our brand both in the Australian market and globally. We are looking for a candidate who possesses a creative mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to oversee all aspects of our Digital Marketing efforts. This includes developing and executing innovative strategies, managing and optimizing digital campaigns, enhancing our online presence, and harnessing the power of data analytics to drive tangible results. Key Responsibilities
Develop compelling Digital Marketing campaigns.
Effectively manage and collaborate with agency partners.
Strategise and oversee growth across digital channels, with a focus on Meta ads, Google ads, SEO, email marketing, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Drive organic social media growth and engagement through collaboration with the creative and social media manager.
Implement effective UX strategies, AOV lift, and conversion rate optimisation for eCommerce growth.
Develop and implement customer retention strategies, including the management of our loyalty program, to optimise customer lifetime value.
Analyse and interpret data to improve marketing efficiency ratio (MER) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Utilise strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and similar reporting platforms to verify and report on website performance.
Utilise strong understanding of SEO to improve page rankings.
Utilise strong understanding of Klaviyo to manage email automation, segmentation, and personalisation for effective customer communication and engagement.
Lead the planning of product launches and sales, ensuring all digital channels are well prepared for successful implementation.
Manage marketing budgets and forecasting.
You will:
Have a minimum 3-4 years of experience as an Ecommerce Manager/ Marketing Manager, preferably in a similar industry.
Be proficient in using Shopify and understanding its ecosystem, including apps and order processing.
Have a strong understanding of SEO, including on-page, off-page, and backlinking strategies.
Have demonstrated experience in driving eCommerce metrics including AOV, Customer LTV, UX, and CRO.
Have a proven track record in e-commerce and Digital Marketing.
Have strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
