Reporting into the eCommerce Growth Lead, this role will primarily focus on managing the day-to-day needs of their owned DTC channels. You will support new product launch campaigns, promotions and marketing content and spearhead initiatives to boost conversion rates and overall performance across the website, app and CRM channels.
You should possess strong experience in building campaign journeys and developing experimentation and testing plans, and be passionate about building customer value, driving customer engagement and sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate closely with manager to create and oversee the Digital Marketing strategy for the brand’s owned channels, including email, website, app, SMS and push notifications
- Develop and manage the owned channels content planning schedule and performance, including developing briefs, setup, testing and publishing and reporting of campaigns
- Working closely with creative agency, copywriters and other partners to support the development of assets required for all digital channels and campaigns
- Stay on top of industry trends and best practices to apply innovative approaches to continually improve the overall business
- Craft consumer journeys that are designed to drive acquisition, retention and conversion
- Work closely with marketing and cross-functional partners to support the delivery of product launches and promotions
- Utilise analytics to draw insights, make recommendations and implement changes to online channel to maximise sales, conversion rate and AOV
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a Digital Marketing focused role
- Experience in CRM is highly desired
- Understanding of experimentation and testing
- Strong decision-making skills and analytical mindset to problem solve
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in content management and promotion execution
- 2 days/week work from home model (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
