Job Description
The role involves:
Crafting and executing the digital user experience strategy, enhancing overall website UX, analysing customer behaviour, and leveraging insights for improved customer satisfaction and NPS scores.
Utilising analytics tools to map customer journeys, identify trends, and drive business growth through data-driven insights.
Leading internal Digital Marketing efforts by staying abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and collaborating with third-party agencies to optimise PPC, display, social, and affiliate campaigns.
Maintaining consistent UX principles across all Digital Marketing products, providing data-driven insights for future campaign initiatives, supporting inbound lead generation strategies, and fostering key vendor partnerships for optimal Digital Marketing capabilities.
The Successful Applicant
The right person will possess:
Proficiency in web metrics and digital analytics, adept at generating, analysing, and interpreting data using Excel/Google or similar tools.
Strong internet literacy and enthusiasm for digital and media trends.
Comfort with technology, including understanding technical issues and proposing alternative solutions.
Advanced proficiency and certification in Google properties, particularly Analytics.
Robust project management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams, prioritising activities, and maintaining momentum.
Demonstrated track record in analysing and assessing effective digital campaigns in a B2C setting.
Experience collaborating with external agencies to optimise PPC campaigns across search, display, and social platforms.
Familiarity with the B2C customer journey, especially across global sites, is advantageous.
Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple projects and tasks across various brands while meeting deadlines.
